When your daughter feel a little weak, or our parents say they’re tired without doing any hard work, we buy multivitamins.
In many Asian countries, vitamins are treated like a part of life especially in areas where people lack nutritious and proper daily food intake.
When they sleep, before going to the office, or when any sickness appears, the first question is, “Are you taking vitamins or not?”
Irrespective of being rich or poor, educated or uneducated , we understand the importance of physical health, and we take care of it when small symptoms appear.
But how many of us have the same awareness to take care of our lifestyle? When we are forced to perform, when we are chasing, when we are going behind validation, we forget to take care of ourselves.
We treat physical symptoms as life-threatening and take quick action, but often ignore the rest. The majority of today’s chronic illness comes from our lifestyle-related disease. But how many of us have really taken steps to reinvent our life with unshaken lifestyle ?
We taking our new year pledge to stop drinking or start new life , but within few days, we reconnect to our same pattern.

Our inner exploration was stopped in childhood itself through fear and suppression in a conservative society. In the modern world, this curiosity is totally hijacked by mobile scrolling.
We have already concluded that the word “spiritual” is outdated, irrational, or not for today’s modern reality.
Our so-called glorious season of life pulled us away from groundedness. Our life looped around parties, drinking, and constant entertainment.
Our inner awakening is blocked by conservative social conditioning and the external validation culture, or we fail to find the right guidance to truly experience it.
Our society glorifies it, rewards it, and respects it. That’s why movie stars, business tycoons, or some autocratic leaders carry more cars than needed and attach themselves to luxury brands.
Their inner awakening experience is totally shut down.

We say, “Accept the flow… just go with it… fck it… enjoy life… live in presence…”*
But how many of you truly look into how these internal and external dynamics actually work?

Slow Living is the wisdom I learned through this inner search for meaning, purpose, and truth.
I have seen people suffering in pain, confused about direction.
I have seen people manipulated and cheated by false promises and mislead by fake spiritual leaders.

My purpose in life is to lead society with the right direction in this miserable world, to give a mindfulness transformation path so greatness can be experienced in everyone’s life.
You may have seen people interpret it as an aesthetic trend on social media or writers explain it in a literal sense.
But the truth is far beyond this surface-level understanding. In coming post, I share what is the misconceptions about Slow living we carry as a society, and explore what Slow Living truly is with honesty, depth, and heart.
